Their communication, professionalism and flexibility significantly exceeded my expectations. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Bought my vehicle sight unseen and had shipped. They sent videos of every single thing I asked for in a timely fashion. Very pleased with both the he vehicle and the service. Hats off to Mark Sherman. Exceptional to deal with.

Had an outstanding experience with JK Galleria. Everything from my first talks to delivery of my vehicle went smoothly. Mark, the service manager was outstanding and led me through the whole thing. It’s really a one stop shop. They took care of delivery that went without a hitch. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. I had a pre purchase inspection done and the car was as described. They answered all of my questions including getting me photographs of difficult areas to reach such as block and head casting numbers. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Purchase and delivery process was very smooth. Would buy from them again.

We had an exceptional experience today working with Mark. The car sold itself but the staff interaction made the transaction enjoyable. Mark is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My husband and I have purchased many cars over the years and working with Mark was by far our favorite experience. The inventory at JK Galleria is very diverse so there is a car for your specific taste.
